Plot

Bob is a Chinese spy on loan to the CIA and dating next door neighbour Gillian. He seems to have 3 problems, Gillian's troublesome trio of brats, fiendish Russian villains and a poor command of the English language. Needless to say Bob and the children combine to thwart the baddies in this run-of-the-mill family comedy action fodder. Perhaps this is a film to leave them watching on their own.
