Plot

A dark comedy about a bi-polar Mall security officer who dreams both of the most beautiful girl in the shopping complex and of being a cop, but whose ambitions seem limited by his own ineptitude - he's not so smart and he's not that handsome. When he gets his chance at glory, catching the local flasher, he finds himself quickly thrust aside and is unable to resolve a series of thefts. However, he is likeable, in an honest Joe sort of way, and he has one strange ability: he can swing an object, torch, piece of wood etc, and despatch hordes of armed drug dealers, or truncheon wielding coppers!
