Plot

A lone gunman wreaks havoc in an LA restaurant before topping himself. The film follows the ensuing fortunes of five of the survivors; Anne becomes the centre of attention by relating the events to her schoolmates, her friend Jimmy becomes withdrawn, the waitress, Carla, neglects her baby and starts sleeping around, Dr Bruce tries experimental drugs on his migraine suffering wife and dying Charlie, believes that he must be lucky, and so starts hitting the casinos.
