Plot

Peter Klaven has just got engaged to the woman of his dreams, Zooey, but as the wedding day looms it becomes apparent to the couple that Peter has no male friends to speak of. In a desperate attempt to find a best man for the big day Peter embarks on a series of wildly ill-advised man dates, but, to the detriment of his relationship with Zooey, it is when he stumbles across Sydney, a confident, charming lounge lizard that Peter finds the best buddy he's never had.
