Successful and single businesswoman Kate Holbrook has long put her career ahead of any idea of a family but now, at the age of 37, she has decided this is the next thing to single mindedly strive for. Unfortunately Kate discovers her chances of pregnancy are fantastically slim and the consequent surrogate mother she chooses is as flighty, dippy and spontaneous as she is organised, driven and anal. A likeable, easy going comedy and a classic example of the satirist stand up doing the watered down big screen ‘funny'.
