Plot

Salamanca, Spain; secret service agents usher in the US President to make a public open air speech about the war on terror. A shot rings out and chaos ensues. Rewinding through time we see the same events from 8 different people and perspectives, each one adding more to the overall picture. Fascinating? Would have been/could have been, but the plot ultimately delivers an action/chase second-half rather than the twisting saga it promised.
