Plot
Obsessed by the world of pool, Johnny could be one of the best, but, after a huge and brutal coming to blows with mentor Joe, Johnny attempts to get himself a proper job, which of course he hates. Drawn back into the world of the poolhall Johnny racks up a massive debt with the vengeful Joe, he has one chance, double or quits, but if he loses this time....it's his life. 'Poolhall Junkies' has a generic storyline, but is saved by some genuine tension and a nice bit of cue action.
