Plot

It is 1782 in Spain and through the eyes of the great painter Francisco Goya unfolds the story of a group of people caught up in the brutal later years of the Inquisition. Ines is his beautiful model, who is taken by the Inquisition, raped, tortured and left to rot in the Spanish dungeons for 15 years, Tomas is her wealthy father and Lorenzo the cruel and sadistic Inquisitor. This is their story.
