Plot

FBI agent Doug Carlin is called into investigate the aftermath of a lethal explosion on board a New Orleans ferry, but on his arrival he is ushered away to a heavily secured hi-tec lab and introduced to a machine that enables him to travel back in time. Armed with this gee wiz gizmo will Doug be able to pre-empt events or will his prior knowledge merely play into the hands of those responsible for the bomb. If you're suspecting Deja Vu is a bit daft then you're bang on the money, but this being a Bruckheimer movie there's no shortage of cash for the many action sequences and all in all it makes for a super slick rollercoaster ultra-jingoistic ride.
