Gabriel Noone is a celebrated author with a sideline as a late night radio host, but his comfortable existence is threatened when he becomes involved in a telephone relationship with one of his regular listeners, a mysterious and enigmatic young boy. Gabriel's curiosity about the lad gradually slides towards consuming obsession, and each piece of the puzzle he successfully solves merely takes him further down a forebodingly dark and confusing road. The Night Listener is an eerie and atmospheric psychological thriller.
