Dante and Randall, the vehemently misanthropic anti-heroes of Kevin Smith's joyous debut feature are ten years older but sadly no wiser. Now working at a fast food restaurant the boy's lives seem even more meaningless than before, but Randall's party preparations are set to cause a tumultuous change…..though possibly not for the better. Bo*!^cks, but this is a diminishing returns scenario, still funny in places, and with more laughs than many a ‘comedy', the original still puts it firmly in its place.
