Hayley is an intelligent and worldly young teenage girl, but when she strikes up contact with a 30-something photographer on the internet, and then agrees to meet him in the flesh, you are initially rather worried for her. But when Hayley goes back to the man's home it becomes increasingly obvious that she is unlikely to find herself anyone's victim, and what started as a ‘result' for the man swiftly turns into a horrifying nightmare. "Hard Candy" is an intense and questioning dramatic thriller, a brutal, claustrophobic trip that demands an opinion but leaves you to make your decisions.
