1.3 - Could one of the 4400 be a serial killer? That's the question facing Tom and Diana when they investigate a series of murders that mirror those committed by an unknown killer 25 years ago. The growing unease about the returnees is further fuelled by negative press led by a news reporter Barbara Yates, and prompts one of the 4400, Jordan Collier, to organise his fellow returnees.
