Phil Weston is a man born to timidity. Neurotic, whinging and inept, he has nevertheless managed to find a good woman and become a father. Unfortunately for Phil, his son's football team needs a new coach and his contemptuous ultra-competitive dad is the coach of one of the star teams of little league. The more Phil immerses himself in his new role as coach the more he slips into the savage world of caffeine addiction, megalomania and winning at any cost. Will his team succeed before Phil implodes, or will they mutiny before he gets the chance? A huge amount of fun from the always reliable Will Ferrell. Great for adults too!
