Military conscripts Yossi and Jagger are soldiers in love, their affair unknown to almost all the other inhabitants of their isolated outpost. As an attack looms closer, the tensions in the lovers' relationship mount; Jagger is about to finish his service, and wants the discretion obsessed Yossi to quit the army and live openly with him, though his long term concerns may become pointless considering their imminently perilous situation. Based on a true story and featuring some brilliantly drawn supporting characters, Yossi and Jagger is a brave, original and thoughtfully tender love story.
