Daniel is a relatively stayed and naïve middle class young man, happy enough in the position that life has given him. When Daniel attends an old family reunion with his parents however the world of the ostentatious and dazzling are revealed to him and Daniel is unsurprisingly seduced. Drawn into an existence that he never really new existed Daniel's attempts to assimilate swiftly begin to unravel. Written and directed by Stephen Poliakoff, Perfect Strangers is a lush, dark and manipulative contemporary drama.
