Gracie Hart is back, but rather than the hard nosed, no nonsense FBI agent of old we now find her previous assignment has "mellowed" her. As the celebrity face of the agency, Gracie has become little more than a glorified version of the beauty pageant sweeties she originally held in such low regard. A new partner kick starts her old self bringing this little comedy back to life. Miss Congeniality 2 is an amiable enough comedy, though suffering quite severely from complacent sequelitis.
