Matthew is a successful young man who's life begins to deviate dramatically from his ordered world when he sees a woman he's convinced is the fiancée who left him high and dry two years earlier. A remake of the French dramatic thriller ‘l'appartment', Wicker Park is an enjoyable enough film, though it relies heavily on not having seen the stylish and atmospheric original.
