Plot

The Rock plays an ex-special forces soldier coming home to the small mill town of his youth and finding things aren't quite as idyllic as he remembered. Where once there was a thriving community, now drugs and corruption are rife and the root of all evil would seem to be the big new casino; a puss filled boil on the arse of Hicksville that our Rocky is going to sort out. Walking Tall is an old fashioned action shoot ‘em up, and if wasn't for Mr Knoxville a humourlessly reactionary affair it would be too. Prim rant over…it does the business.
