The American president is facing a despondent electorate and a slumping economy, if he can't think of a solution fast he's out of office. Good ol' Canada provides the perfect escape plan, manufacture a cold war and then invade the buggers. Canadian Bacon is a farcical satire that courtesy of its writer, director Michael Moore, sails so believably close to the truth that every time you laugh its tinged with fear.
