Plot

Joe Gavilan is a Hollywood detective on the verge of retirement and trying to supplement his pension with a bit of real estate thingamgiggery, his young partner Calden just wants to be an actor..badly. These two rather distracted coppers have a serious murder case to solve; they're just having a problem finding their priorities. Hollywood Homicide is a buddy, buddy action comedy very much not in the vein of any classics that might spring to mind. Dumb, implausible, pacy, fun.
