Plot

Monty Python have lived in total obscurity for many years, finding an audience only with a small but devoted group of Caravan fanatics who strove to keep their discovery to themselves. Only now are we, the common plebs, able to see for the first time what they have enjoyed secretly for decades. It is hard to believe, but these programmes were actually aired briefly on TV in the 1960s and this DVD contains some highlights from the show. A man who is an accountant but wants to be a lion tamer; a young man who has left the grubby sprawl of London to pursue a glamorous life in coalmining. In one particular sketch, a tall, long-faced man claims that he has bought a dead bird from a pet shop. I've never seen anything like it! Oh, wait.....
