Clint stars as a cop on the trail of a serial killer but after a dramatic chase he suffers a heart attack, saved by a transplant everything would seem to be fine, but when the sister of his donor pleads for Clint's help to find the killer of his heart's original owner...our hero just can't refuse. Blood Work is a by the numbers thriller, entertaining enough, but you may well see the twist long before any of the film's characters stumble across it.
