Plot
Hey Arnold gets his first movie outing. A super slimy Property developer plans to level the young lads neighbourhood and together with his buddies and mono-browed rival, Helga, Arnold sets about making the man see the error of his ways. Hey Arnold is an enjoyable kiddies flick with NIckelodeon's trade mark lack of gush.
