As the Bartlet administration is rating only 45% in public polls the Senior staff isn't pulling any punches. They travel to LA to boost the President's liberal constituents but more pressing are the death threats that Charlie and Zoe are receiving which are preventing them from going out in public together. CJ does 'The Jackel', which is not to be missed, and it turns out that when Mandy was working for Russell she wrote a memo explaining the weaknesses of the administration. Fabo.
