Stanley Tucci both directs and stars in this follow-up to his previous movie, the excellent "Big Night". An affectionate tribute to the screwball movies of the ‘30's, with Tucci and Oliver Platt playing a pair of disaster-prone thespians on the run. Stowing away on a luxury cruise liner after assaulting an oafish luvvie (Alfred Molina), the pair's luck seems to have finally run out when their victim appears with a posse of policemen. Pure slapstick, with plenty of Keystone Cop-style capers.
