Kelly McGillis is superb as Nettie, a wife and mum supporting her family by selling her body. Working alongside her are young Irish lass Eileen, ambitious Georgie, and new girl Katya, a German dancer. And then there's ageing Ada, fighting against the clock to keep her place in the brothel.
