In "One", Seven of Nine and the Doctor are left alone in charge of Voyager, while the ship's crew are placed in Stasis for a month. Tiring rapidly of each other's company, the two seek solitude. But, once alone, Seven finds herself vulnerable and afraid when her life and that of her sleeping shipmates are threatened. In "Hope and Fear", the crew of Voyager are cheered to hear they'll soon be heading home when an alien linguistics expert unravels a garbled message from Starfleet. But it could be just too good to be true.
