Creepy, "kitchen-sink" style dramatisation of the horrifying true story of mass-murderer John Christie. Attenborough is superbly sinister as the perverted killer who did away with his young lodger, amongst others, leaving her simple-minded husband Timothy Evans to swing for it. Morbidly fascinating.
