Review
A masterpiece with Hackman as the tormented PI tracking down a missing girl for her distraught mother. Hackman's internal conflict boils over menacingly into his investigation, making for a moody and moving performance. One of the finest 70's movies, a superbly fragmented and bleak thriller.
