Jack Mooney is a vice cop with a bad attitude and a hooker girlfriend who's left him for dodgy black lawyer, Napoleon Stone. After a stroke, Jack's given the heart of Stone, who's been murdered, and whose ghost is going to make sure Mooney brings the killers to justice! An enjoyably offbeat comedy.
