Caine is the crown prince of con-men, Martin is the smalltimer who becomes his pupil and rival. Their bet is to extract $50,000 from an American Soap Queen. If you can keep ahead of their rival and hilarious scams you're doing well, but then there's the twist.... First class entertainment!
