Following the horror of the 'Apostle Murders' Red has finally made peace with his past and achieved reconciliation with estranged brother Eric. Peaceful that is until Eric is stabbed in a seemingly random street crime. As family members of other senior investigators fall in harm's way it becomes increasingly clear that someone is out to punish the department.
