Larry is a bit of a dreamer, a bit of a loser and incapable of holding down a steady job, a fact that even his adoring young son is beginning to notice. When Larry gets a job as a night watchman at the natural history museum his irresponsible world is turned upside down, because after dusk everything comes to life; Mongol warriors, Egyptian kings, diddy Romans and excitable T-Rex skeletons to name but a few. If Larry can keep this lot in order then he may just get some respect. Night At The Museum is a CGI extravaganza and if the humour is a wee bit simplistic and the message slightly saccharin it's still a rollercoaster of a ride. Ideal family entertainment.
