Caroline, a young hospice nurse, is hired to care for an ailing man by his wife in their rambling old mansion just outside of New Orleans. Intrigued by the mysterious couple and their creepy home, Caroline sets to exploring using a skeleton key that she is told will unlock every door in the house, but what she finds in the attic leads her on a journey that is centuries old and rooted in dark magic. A great story and a fantastic location is somewhat wasted with a touch too much Hollywood gloss, this film should have been dark and dirty, but 'as is' it still has a kick-ass ending that will play with your mind long after the credits roll.
