Frank wakes up in a hospital in the New Mexico desert with no recollection of who he is, only that someone tried to kill him and he's lucky to be alive. As his memory begins to return Frank realises that he is in someway involved with an attempted assassination on the American President, and if he doesn't find out the whole truth pretty fast he's going to wind up dead. Blind Horizon is a painting by numbers thriller that shied away from going into double figures, heavy with moody atmospheric shots, self-conscious flashbacks and about as much substance as an advert for perfume.
