General Eugene Erwin was a hero to his nation until one small deviation, (he took a moral stand, surely you knew it wasn't anything BAD), lands him in a high security military prison. Eugene witnesses a brutal and corrupt regime and though at first he attempts to merely serve out his sentence he soon acknowledges that 'his men need him' and once more rides into battle. The Last Castle is a simple tale of.......Oh bugger it, it's just your bog standard, cliche-ridden, prison, action, drama flick and once you've accepted that, it's quite entertaining.
