One of the few Chan movies that can stand on its own even if you excised the action sequences! Great period flavor of a 1930's gangster film is a faithful retelling of Frank Capra's Lady for a Day. Road to Perdition is a powerful gangster drama; dark, tense immaculately performed and an intriguing follow up to Sam Mendes 'American Beauty'. find out more...

Al Capone and the Chicago gangsters versus Elliot Ness and the incorruptable men of his special task force, all set against a brilliantly re-created period background. Very much a traditional gangster movie, good guys are very good and the bad guys, especialy De Niro as Capone, are very bad. find out more...
