Bostonian Anna wants to be in the Emerald Island with her beau on February 29th in order to entrap him with a bit of Irish folklore. Instead she ends up stuck with a surly bartender named Declan deep in the countryside surrounded by beaming bucolic idiots and Leprechauns.
