Sheridan and Lewis team up once more in this rightly acclaimed story of the injustice suffered by the Guildford Four. Some liberties may well have been taken with Conlon and Hill's story, but it makes for riveting, gut-wrenching viewing. Absolutely brilliant dramatisation that should have won Oscars.

Returning to the topic of The Troubles, after his 1990 effort Hidden Agenda, Ken Loach has confirmed his place as a Grand Old Duke of British Cinema with the Palme d'Or winning 'The Wind That Shakes The Barley'.
