The giants of the styling world descend on small English town Keithly, when it plays host to the annual British Hair Championships. Local barber Phil Allen, is a veteran hair stylist and one time "golden boy" of the hairdressing circuit. Together with his "wannabe stylist" son, they take on the nations best in the ultimate battle of the scissors. Lots of highlights (sorry!) in this comedy about love, life and great hair.
