Screenwriter/star Wayans plays an unjustly dishonoured US Marine in this action thriller, incarcerated on Death Row after failing to slaughter an innocent goat-herd but accidentally killing his superior. Sprung from jail by dodgy CIA man John Voigt, the unfortunate fallguy finds himself framed for seeing off the First Lady, then foolishly kidnaps the only woman who can prove his innocence. But, naturally, she knows he's really a pussycat, and before you can say "government conspiracy" there's a lurve thing going on. Limp.
