When a commuter tunnel is hit by an explosion, 100ft below the Hudson River, the survivors stand zero chance of getting out alive. But good old Sly, a disgraced former Emergency Rescuer, is on hand to risk drowning, burning and toxic fumes to save his fellow citizens. Gritty, downbeat disaster movie.
