Set in steamy Miami, the "specialist" of the title is a former government explosives expert (Stallone), turned hitman-with-a-heart. Shazza plays the woman who, by way of a bit of phone-sex, gets old Sly involved with all sorts of dastardly underworld types. James Woods steals the show as the baddie.
