This surprisingly funny sequel succeeds where the first often failed. Pubert is the new arrival to the family, and is not appreciated by the other children. Meanwhile, Fester falls for the bizarre nanny, who isn't all she appears to be. Imaginative FX, and plenty of witty one liners.
