Having watched his wife and daughter brutally raped and killed Clyde, ten years, later he gets his revenge on both the killers, brutally torturing one of them to death. Arrested and charged with murder he kindda goes berserk, cleverly arranging for the deaths of various people loosely connected to the DA who'd arranged a plea bargain with one of the murderers years before. Reviled by the critics, but beloved by the public, 'Law Abiding Citizen' is a highly entertaining over-the-top revenge/vigilante thriller.
