A serial killer's particular modus operandi is to film his victims as he follows them to their as yet unknown deaths. When hicktown journalist Jesse discovers a videotape which reveals the murderer's work she not surprisingly believes she's about to hit the big time; but the deeper Jesse digs the more likely it becomes that the next victim will be her.
