Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao star as the world's most inept detectives whose mission is to bring to justice a crime syndicate operating out of a holiday paradise. Fans of this Hong Kong action triumvirate will not be disappointed as they all high-kick and joke their way through 90 minutes of Far Eastern mayhem, however, those not familiar with their particular brand of humour may just find themselves wondering what the hell is going on.
