A small band of super tough cops are assigned the task of handing over an infamous druglord to the FBI, but the sneaky little no-gooder has offered 100 million dollars to the first person who can break him out of the SWAT team's incredibly butch grip, and it doesn't matter how pronounced LL Cool J's six pack is, there are plenty of beady eyed baddies willing to try. Big Budget action and plenty of familiar faces do not necessarily entertainment make; that easily ignored word of warning said….have fun!
