Michelle breaks up with her boyfriend and, in a panicked drive interstate, ends up unconcious in her vehicle by the side of the road. A wonderfully adapted film based round the exploits of Cicero, aka Elyesa Bazna, the Albanian born valet (Mason at his best) of the British ambassador to Turkey, who sold secrets to the Germans during 1944. The valet's gentlemanly pretensions are put to the test in this tale of espionage and romantic intrigue. Ace.

Brilliant adaptation of the John Grisham novel. When two rednecks rape a 10-year-old old black girl, but look set to walk free, her distraught father shoots them dead. But this is the Deep South, and retribution will not be tolerated from a "negro". Powerful, thought-provoking courtroom thriller.

A mysterious millionaire buys an ad agency and begins to replace its employees with his own people, who don't appear to be advertising types at all.

This story is pretty terrible but the subliminal message big reveal is really enjoyable. 

In the build-up to the 1972 US elections, Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward investigated what seemed to be a minor break-in at the Democratic Party headquarters, the editor of the Post was prepared to run with the story and assigned Woodward and Carl Bernstein to it.
